- 1 15 oz. can or 1 1/2 c cooked chickpeas (drain and rinse well if using canned)
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- dash cayenne pepper
- dash salt
- Heat oven to 400.
- Line a cookie sheet with foil.
- Combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well.
- Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on the cookie sheet.
- Bake 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
- Leave the chickpeas in the oven while it cools down.
